The Marina is in and open for the 2008 season.

We floated the marina this morning with the help of State Line Bass Club. If you have a reservation and have paid your fees, you may put your boat in whenever it is convenient. If you have any problems or questions, please feel free to call us at (207) 658-9104. Keep in mind that we are not here during the day yet. We are working on Ice Cream hours and will post it to the web site when we have an opening date.

Marina is closing for the season.

The State of New Hampshire will start dropping the lake on Oct 8. We decided to leave the marina in place for an extra week so that everyone could take advantage of the fantastic weather. We will be pulling the docks on Saturday or Sunday Oct 13 - 14. The ramp will remain open until ice.

Please keep in mind that we only report what we find out. Check back here as we will update this page as needed. Big fireworks display by our neighbor a few camps down will be July 2nd. Bon Fire on the river is always on July 3rd (Boat required). Fireworks next door and across lake July 4th. Great Ice Cream… nightly!
Milton Three Ponds back to normal!. Lake and Marina are OPEN.

As of last night, the lake is at normal "High Water" level. They have opened the dam enough to drop the lake level to normal levels. However, be very cautious of currents, especially near the bridge at Everett's Cove. The water is down but the volume of water moving through the lakes and dams is very high. The bridge and river are dangerous with the currents. We re-attached the marina last night and will have everything back to normal by the end of the weekend. We thank all of those the helped out for their support during the storms. Also a special thanks the the Milton Fire Department and other officials for their concern and for keeping us informed so that we could make the right moves to protect our property.

At the peak, the Three Ponds were five 1/2 feet above flood stage. As of 2:00PM May 16 they have dropped around 12 - 16 inches. At this time, both the bridges at the dam (Milton Garage) and the wooden bridge at the marina remain closed. We have cleared our ramp but the lake is closed to all except official boats. Once boating is allowed, please remember that high water effects lake front homes and loon nests. Any wake on the lake will add to this already bad situation.
Milton Three Ponds are flooded. Marina is closed.

Extensive rain has caused to lake to rise to flood level. As you can see in the attached pictures, we have suffered significant damage and we are closed. Please check back here as we will keep our status updated. Refresh screen to cycle through pictures.
